First, you haven’t left the flow – that’s impossible. Your awareness is focused more in the mind and so it feels like you’re out of the flow and this is when worry, fear, stress, tension, etc. feel stronger. Meditation and a walk outdoors can help. Also, when you are in the flow and feeling connected to your Soul and guides – ask then “What can I do to shift back into Soul awareness/flow/knowing? Or “What will help me back into alignment?”
